I will rate this company 9 out of 10 and the other one point they lost goes to the single destination (China) they are currently operating tours to as I was initially planning a China & Japan trip. Yet this team has far exceeded my expectation in every facet of their arrangements, responses as well as flexibility! You know what, I gave up the Japan idea this time and had an absolutely fascinating trip in China!

My family all enjoyed your service and our trip. My little boy still gets so thrilled every time when he talks about his Great Wall experience. And I guess it was because he was told that One conquered the Great Wall is a true man. BTW, the Terracotta Army was absolutely stunning and seeing them in person made us believe that each one has a unique face with varied expressions on their faces. They were so carefully and detailedly made that we just couldn't imagine how much work it was for those gifted ancient craftsmen. Shanghai is surely a megacity and we also had a cruise over the Huangpu River recommended by our lovely local guide Susan and the night view of the Bund absolutely impressed us all. People we met on our trip were all very friendly and we believe that is how people are in this amazing country. We felt like we were stars everywhere we went when we were asked for a photo with the locals or maybe tourists, not quite sure, but it was a lot of fun! We took many memorable photos with these lovely people as well!

I was a bit concerned my kids would not be good with the food there but turned out it was not a problem at all! Western breakfasts in the hotels are great and it was never too hard to find some western restaurants or fast chains like KFC, Subway or McDonald. The hotels we stayed were excellent 5-star ones, good locations, excellent facilities, nice swimming pools, all wonderful!
