I was surprised at how fast Steven responded, especially when the company is located in China. And the team has been very attentive and easy to reach throughout our trip from the start of the planning till the finishing of the trip, even on some weekends! Everything worked out perfectly just as arranged in the itinerary. All my guides and drivers were amazing people and my wife and I felt we were really cared about during our trip. One more thing worth mentioning is the meals. I knew before I got to China that meals were not included for my own flexibility which I agreed with though I was a little concerned. But all the recommendations given by our guides were just WONDERFUL! China absolutely has one of the world's best cuisines and yummy street food! The hotels we chose were 4-star ones and they turned out fairly good with great locations, good breakfasts and service.

The favorite part for my wife and me was the Panda Keeper Experience. My wife has loved giant pandas since she was a little girl and it was her dream to get up-close to these adorable creatures. And she was soooooooooo excited when she was handfeeding the little star that she almost cried! Many thanks for ElysianTour to arrange this memorable moment for her!
