
A deposit equivalent to 30% of your total tour cost is required to confirm and secure your booking.
For China tours, the full balance is required 30 days before your scheduled departure.
For destinations in Asia outside of China, your travel consultant will advise you of the applicable payment schedule.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Pay by Wire/Bank Transfer.
Your travel consultant will send you our bank info upon confirmation of the booking.
Please include your Case No. on the transfer sheet and email the remittance receipt after you arrange the transfer. It usually takes 2-5 days for the payment to arrive.
Besides the above recommended payments, we also accept Union Pay, Wechat and Alipay for your convenience.
We would feel deeply sorry if you decided to cancel your trip, however we realize people make the decisions out of necessities.
Written cancellation should be submitted if you must cancel your trip. Cancellation refunds will be calculated the date of receipt of your written cancellation.
For China tours:
For destinations outside China
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price.
Once the tour has commenced, no refunds of any unused services due to your early departure, late arrival or missed days on tours.
