Deposit

A deposit which is 30% of your total tour cost shall be paid to confirm and secure your booking.

Final Payment

Full(final) payment of your tour cost is required 30 days before your tour departure. 

*Full payment of the tour cost is required if you are booking a tour within 30 days before departure.

Payment Methods

We accept these ways of payments, please check below:

  • Pay by debit card or credit card (Visa, Master, American Express or Discover Card) via PayPal.

    You will find a payment link in the email sent to you with quotation and confirmed itinerary. Please click the link and follow the steps to pay.

  • Pay by PayPal Account.

    If you would like to pay via your PayPal Account, please open the link in the email we send you with quotation and confirmed itinerary, and log in to your PayPal account and follow the steps to pay.

  • Pay by Wire/Bank Transfer.

    Below is our bank account information. While typing, please type the below information words by word to guarantee a smooth transfer, taking note to type Travel Payment in the payment details section.

    Please include your Case No. on the transfer sheet and email the remittance receipt after you arrange the transfer. It usually takes 2-5 days for the payment to arrive.

  • Besides the above recommended payments, we also accept Union Pay, Wechat and Alipay for your convenience.

Cancellation and Refunds

We would feel deeply sorry if you decided to cancel your trip, however we realize people make the decisions out of necessities.


Written cancellation should be submitted if you must cancel your trip. Cancellation refunds will be calculated the date of receipt of your written cancellation.

Cancellation policies

  • 20 days prior to departure date: 0% of the full payment will be deducted.
  • 7 to 19 days prior to departure date: 30% of the full payment will be deducted.
  • 4 to 6 days prior to departure date: 50% of the full payment will be deducted.
  • 3 to 0 days prior to departure date: 100% of the full payment will be deducted.
  • Additional cancellation fees charged by the suppliers including but not limit to airlines, cruises, hotels or railway companies will be deducted from the money refunded.

No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price.


Once the tour has commenced, no refunds of any unused services due to your early departure, late arrival or missed days on tours.
