Crystal, the travel consultant we worked with, was always full of energy, very patient and genuinely thought of everything for us to have the best trip possible. She listened and understood our goals. The itinerary she came up with was amazing and she worked hard to keep the trip within our budget. She also made suggestions on those worth to stretch our dollars, that were indeed worthy.

All tour guides were fantastic and we could clearly tell they are all passionate about their jobs, willing to share all that they know and gave us a good insight of ancient and modern China. We loved all the restaurants recommended by our guides. At first, we were a bit concerned about meals not included but we liked the reasons clearly explained to us why we should pay on spot. And it all was proved that they were right. We had lots of local dishes and snacks at very low prices, of course prices they are supposed to be and how much locals pay. We had our dinner in a top end restaurant the night before we flew home by the Bund in Shanghai with amazing night view and the price was still quite reasonable.

Our drivers were nice and polite, always kept the vehicles clean. Both my husband and I were amazed that in the hot weather in August, every time we went back in the car, the air conditioner was already on and it was so cool inside with water ready for us. We really appreciated their service.

The hotels included were comfortable with amazing breakfasts and brilliant service. The location was just as advertised and we enjoyed our free time exploring on our own.

We were taken good care throughout our trip by the lovely team, and Crystal kept checking with everything that made us feel like VIP! We are already thinking of going back again for our trip next year to explore the minority parts!
