I used Elysian Tour to visit Beijing, Xian, Shanghai and Hangzhou about one year ago, and it was a great success. I was in Hong Kong for business last month, so I planned to visit somewhere adventurous, fun and unique. Yunnan just came into my mind as my travel expert Fiona had mentioned about the area before. Immediately, a customized tour was provided. To my delight, Yunnan was truly a wonderful destination where more than half of the country's minority groups reside for generations. I went to a cluster of cities including Kunming, Dali and Lijiang. Lijiang was an amazing city that I took the most of the time to explore. I was overwhelmed by the magnificent Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and it was definitely the biggest highlight for my trip. In fact, Yunnan offered much more…spectacular sunrise at Yuanyang Rice Terrace, colorful ethnic culture, laid-back old towns and villages. Well, Yunnan is never a place that you could fully discover just in one-time travel. I wish I have time to check out more hidden gems of Yunnan again. Lastly, my driver and guide covered a long land journey with me, and they did an excellent job. Hats off to both of them.
