John was excellent from the time we planned the trip through the duration of our trip to China. He checked every box for what we had told him what we were looking for. He answered all our questions and adjusted the itinerary a few times before we got to a final version. And the trip was immaculate. All the pick-ups from airport/railway station/hotel were right on time with no delays. Our personal tour guides in all the cities(Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, Guilin, Shanghai) were friendly, knowledgeable and quite flexible with changes we made on some days due to my husband's physical conditions. 4 star hotels recommended were clean and comfortable, centrally located to sightseeing and food. We had a mishap with our flight from Chengdu to Guilin was cancelled for no reason. But John quickly arranged another flight for us and modified our itinerary so we missed nothing for our trip in Guilin. Thank you very much for a wonderful job. We will certainly go with John and Elysian Tour for our next vacation.
