We just returned from an amazing 8-night trip to China, organized by Elysian Tour. Candy put together an outstanding program and picked wonderful and extremely knowledgeable tour guides and experienced drivers. It was very easy to work with her on incorporating a Peking duck dinner and the Golden Mask Dynasty Show in Beijing into the program at our request. Candy was so easy to work with, very professional, and always very quick to respond. Planning the trip with her was a breeze.

Our tour guides went above and beyond, suggesting additional activities we could do. For example, the Tang Dynasty Show in Xi'an was so worthwhile! They arranged for the driver to bring us to the venue and pick us up again after the show. The lunch/tea ceremony at the terracotta army area was a nice treat. It was a no-shopping tour, but for my shopping desires, the guide led us to the best and reasonable souvenir shops.

The guide of each destination brought a different flavor to our China experience, highlighting different aspects of the Chinese history, present time, and religion, philosophy, and culture.

The days were filled with an appropriate amount of sightseeing and designed so that we would see the old and the new China. Without our guides, we would have never learned so much about this country and its roots. Thank you to all three of them and to the calm and patient drivers who navigated the sometimes chaotic traffic so easily. No doubt, the trip was worth every penny. Thank you, Elysian Tour.
