After a nice breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up by your friendly tour guide and transferred to Zhujiajiao Water Town. Walk through the old lanes and snap some photos from any angle which will turn out to be perfect. You could enjoy a boat trip (your own expense) and absorb the local life and old houses on both sides of the watercourse as cruising along.

Afterwards, you will be taken to airport for the flight to Xi'an. Your guide will meet you and transfer you back to your hotel.

About 1-hour drive from the downtown area, you will get to Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Then move to Xi'an Museum and unveil the earlier history of China before 13th century from the treasures stored here.

Afterwards, enjoy a 4.5-hour high-speed train ride to Beijing and appreciate the varied sceneries from rural countries to small cities along the way.

As imperial palace for both Ming and Qing Dynasty, Forbidden City witnessed the rise and fall of the two dynasties from the year 1420 to 1912.
