We booked a private 9-day tour from Beijing to Xian and Shanghai. It was an amazing experience. From the start, our travel expert Crystal was very responsive and helpful, and our conversation with her convinced us that she attempted to ensure we had the best trip. We wanted to see the Pingyao Old Town even though it's not on the typical route. But she built it into the itinerary between Beijing and Xi'an by two short high speed train rides.

Our guides of each destination were extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly mindful of our needs and preferences. The drivers were also courteous and passionate, pointing out interesting things for us along the drive and making stops at all the right places for pictures and pee breaks.
