Start with a visit to the largest pit, Pit1, containing nearly two thousand soldiers standing neatly in rows while over 4,000 more still buried underground for better preservation. Then move to Pit 2 and uncover the complex of military formation. Finally come to the smallest pit, Pit 3, symbolizing the command post of Qin dynasty. Standing in front of the wonders, you will be astonished by the large-scale battle formation and life-sized terracotta warriors who are vivid in expressions and different in postures. Listen to your guide telling the stories lying behind the treasures carefully and marvel at its superb crafting techniques in ancient times.

It fitly encloses downtown Xi'an with a length of about 14 km (about 8.75 miles) in the shape of rectangle. Set foot on the ancient wall, touch the aged brick and stone and explore the real sense of historical civilizations.
