Then you will be driven directly to the famous Tunxi Old Street and savor the styles and tastes of Huizhou culture. Stretching along the old alleys, hundreds of antique houses would delight you with the grey-tiled roof, white walls and the fireproof Ma Tau walls. Delve into the centuries-old stores, enjoy a bargained shopping and taste some mouthwatering local snacks like mandarin fish, hairy tofu and etc.

Today, you will first drive to the ancient Chengkan Village and savor the idyllic sceneries as well as cultural heritages. Known as a museum of Chinese ancient architectures, it houses the best-preserved ancient row houses with Hui characteristics constructed in the format of Chinese Eight Diagrams.

Then continue to admire the grandeur of Hongcun Village, known as a movie set for the famous "Hidden Dragon, Crouching Tiger". Walk along the winding alleys into the old local schools, ancient houses and ancestral halls of the noble families, where you will be amazed at the exquisite wood carvings.

Afterwards, travel to another ancient village named Xidi, built by the bank of a murmuring stream. Walk through the over 400 years old stone archway at the gateway into the village. You will travel back into the prosperous bygone days as you discover the gorgeous courtyards, elaborately decorated gardens, pavilions, stone and wood carvings hidden in old alleys.

Then check in at Pig's Inn in Bishan Village and take a good rest tonight at this romantic cottage for tomorrow's hiking on Yellow Mountain.

This morning, travel with your cameras to soak up the majesty of Yellow Mountain after about 1-hour drive. Feast your eyes with the magic scenery of surrounding mountains as an exciting Yungu cable car rides you up to White Goose Ridge, a photographer's fairyland embraced by an ever-changing sea of clouds. Stop for a glimpse of incredible views and then continue to trek to your hotel for a buffet lunch and a short rest.

Afterwards, enjoy a delightful hike through steep cliffs towering into clouds and craggy trails leading you to the stunning West Sea Canyon where rows of grotesque peaks rising from the ground as well as verdant forests stretching away make up the astonishing grandeur of 3 essential parts: 1st ring, 2nd ring and bottom of the canyon. Hiking length and time will be up to your preferences. Then hike back to your hotel and enjoy a buffet dinner and an overnight stay on Yellow Mountain.

Tips: 

1. You are suggested to only take essentials during an overnight stay in the Yellow Mountain. The rest of your luggage will be kept by your local guide.

2. Please travel green and leave nothing but footprints in the beautiful Yellow Mountain.

Weather permitting, wake up earlier and hold a breath to indulge in the moment that the golden sun breaks through the horizon which extends as far as the eye can see. Get ready to capture the spectacle of Yellow Mountain from the poetic Begin-to-Believe Peak rising above 1668 meters where you may feel as if in a dreamland. Continue to be amazed by the sturdy Black Tiger Pine, majestic as a tiger, and the magic Flower Blooming on a Brush Tip, vivid as a Chinese brush seen from a distance.

Afterwards, descend down the mountain foot by a cable car ride and then head to airport / railway station for your departure. Wish you a nice journey home!
