Upon your landing at Harbin Airport, your guide and driver will be waiting for pick-up outside the baggage claim area, and then they will escort you to your hotel in downtown. The rest of the day is your free time. Since the hotel we picked for you has good location, you could walk around on your own to explore the city and find some eateries.

After breakfast, board your private vehicle for a land transfer to China Snow Town in about 5-6 hours. The driving time is a bit long, but the ride itself could be a part of the experience because the scenery along the road is quite spectacular. You will travel through picturesque snowy forest and icy rivers, and perhaps you would capture the stunning spectacle of Harbin, the rimes on the trees.

On arrival, you will find yourself amid in an all-white dreamland that only exists in the fairytale world. Lovely wooden mushroom houses are capped by thick snow, with cozy red lanterns hanging on their roof eaves. There are also a great number of recreational activities in the snowfield for you to experience the winter fun of Harbin, such as skiing, sledding, making snow sculptures and exploring the snow maze. Tonight, you will have a wonderful stay in the snow town.

In the morning, you can get up early and take a snowmobile to Yangcao Hill. With an altitude of 1,235 meters, it is the highest point of the entire town where you can take in the panoramic beauty of the serene town and catch the first ray of sunshine casting over the broad snow world. After that, you will be transferred back to Harbin downtown and check into the hotel.

Start today’s adventure with a visit to one of the world’s most almighty species, Siberian Tigers. Located in the outskirts of Harbin, Siberian Tiger Park is a large sanctuary and breeding center holding more than 800 captive tigers. You can access into their territory by taking a caged truck for a close-up, and even see some other visitors feeding live animals to them.

After that, continue your sightseeing to the Sun Island, which is a beautiful oasis on Songhua River. As a main venue of the annual Harbin Ice and Snow Festival, the park displays a great number of spectacular snow sculptures that will delight your eyes. 

Then make your way to the well-known Ice and Snow World to admire the finest ice sculptures in the world, which is even much larger and fancier than those in the Sun Island. Besides, the park is also a paradise of various recreations and entertainments, and you can take the chance to join in some fun games, such as skating, skiing, sliding, ice rock-climbing and snow fights.

After breakfast, follow your guide to pay a visit to an outstanding architectural monument of Harbin, the St. Sophia Cathedral. As the best-known landmark of the city, it is the largest Orthodox Church with Byzantine style in the Far East. You could view the elegant structure by a stroll outside, and take some pictures of it. 

Then move to the Central Avenue, the most prosperous commercial street for over one hundred years in Harbin. Dubbed as a gallery of European architectural art, the street is lined with a large number of buildings in western styles that you may find familiar to those in Paris, Moscow and Rome. 

Then you will be led to the Songhua River to discover local people’s special custom, and that is winter swimming. The temperature is mostly below zero, but you will surprisingly find many elderly people participating in the challenge and onlookers yelling for their successes. 

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight by your private vehicle.
