Take morning excursions to the iconic Tiananmen Square and century-old Forbidden City, the most significant landmarks of Beijing. As the former royal residence for five centuries, Forbidden City also stores numerous national treasures showcasing profound history, culture and glory of the palace. Stroll through the palatial halls and courtyards to uncover the mysterious royal court life.

Afterwards, delve into a traditional Beijing Hutong and learn about the disappearing residences. Enjoy a leisurely walking tour along the small alleys and get a glimpse of the folk life. You will ascend the top of the Bell Tower to have a bird's eye view of the old neighborhood. Next, visit a local family in an old courtyard where you will attend a Chinese calligraphy class. You could learn to write down your Chinese name.

After breakfast, savor the peaceful Temple of Heaven where emperors used to hold praying ceremonies for good harvests and prosperous life of civilians. Seize the scene of local seniors' morning exercise with traditional Chinese activities like Taichi, diabolo playing, shuttle cock kicking, sword dancing, etc.

Then, your today's adventure would be highlighted by an epic hiking experience on the mighty Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the best-preserved sections but with fewer crowds. A round-trip cable car is arranged for an easier access to the top, so that you could get more time for leisure roaming on the wall.

On the way back to downtown Beijing, have a stopover at the symbolic structures of Bird's Nest and Water Cube.

Start the day with a visit to the morning stunner of Beijing, the Summer Palace. Venture into the enchanting imperial garden and hit the mesmerizing spots like the marble boat, lakeside pavilions, elegant bridges and the meticulously painted corridor. Enjoy a boat a ride on the Kunming Lake for a breath of serenity.

Afterwards, you will be taken to the railway station to catch a 4.5-hour high-speed train to China's another great ancient capital Xi'an. Upon arrival, meet your friendly Xi'an guide and check into your hotel.

About one-hour drive from the downtown area, you will get to the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. The magnificent underground military museum boasts over 8,000 life-sized pottery warriors arrayed in 3 pits to protect Shihuang Emperor (the first emperor of China) in his afterlife. A mystery you may not know is that these vivid figures were multi-colored when they were just excavated, but the paint soon vanished because of oxidation. Check out the legend that each soldier distinguishes themselves from others by different facial expressions, hair styles and uniforms.

Then drive back to downtown to visit the largest and best-preserved City Wall for a walk or a cycling around.

Afterwards, pay a visit to the famous local Muslim Quarter and the ancient Great Mosque built in traditional Chinese style. Then enjoy some free time at the bustling bazaar before getting back to your hotel.

After breakfast, you will be taken to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the most iconic landmark of Xian with a far-reaching history that could be dated back to 652 AD. It was built to store and preserve the Buddhist scriptures brought from India by Monk Xuanzang.

Then approach to the nearby Shaanxi History Museum where over 37, 000 historic relics and treasures are on display to demonstrate the rich history of the ancient capital Xian.

Afterwards, take a high-speed train to Chengdu and get ready to meet China's star mammals. Your Chengdu tour guide will warmly greet you upon you arrive.

Today, you will visit the lovely giant pandas at Chengdu Panda Base in the morning. In their enclosures, you could see the adorable pandas nibbling bamboos, playing on the treetop or roaming at their small wonderland.

Then move to the Jinli Old Street where you will be inspired by the varieties of Chengdu snacks. You may dive into a tea house to enjoy a cup of tea, which is the most popular leisure activity of Chengdu locals.

Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing walk through the lush bamboo groves in Wangjiang Park that can best present Chengdu's leisure life from Mahjong lounges, ear-cleaning vendors and Taichi exercises.

Take a morning flight to Guilin, a poetic city with Chinese essential natural wonders. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the iconic Elephant Trunk Hill that is naturally formed like an elephant dipping water from Li River.

Then drive to the Reed Flute Cave to venture into the dreamlike limestone palace and be astounded by the numbers and shapes of stalactite with different-colored lights decorated, forming a spectacular picture.

After breakfast, you are going to take a wonderful Li River cruise to Yangshuo, and the 4-hour drifting journey presents you picturesque karst landscapes. Various grotesque hills are unfolded in front of you, and you may come across some water buffalos showering in shallow water, find out the famous spot on Chinese money 20 Yuan note or challenge your imagination figuring out the peculiar mountains.

Upon arrival in Yangshuo, bike around the rural village with your guide and experience the fascinating countryside view and authentic rural life.

Today starts with an exciting cooking class. Go to a market to purchase vegetables, meat and other ingredients required. When everything is ready, learn from your chef to cook several Chinese cuisines. Then taste them and exchange your tips with others. This firsthand experience helps you enrich your knowledge of Chinese culture. The activity lasts about 4 hours.

Then enjoy the Yulong River Bamboo Rafting. As a tributary of Li River, Yulong River is known for its primeval, pure natural landscape. Sitting on a bamboo raft that floats slowly on the river, you are so close to this nature of poetic beauty. Touch the cool and refreshing water; watch fishes roaming about, lush trees swaying with soft breezes, ancient bridges in different shapes; and look far for the sight of vast green fields, villages, boundless mountains, etc.

Afterwards, your guide will transfer you to the airport for a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, you would be escorted from the airport to your hotel by our private vehicle.

Afterwards, follow your guide to ascend the top of Shanghai World Financial Center to get a bird's view of Shanghai, which may offer you a new look of modern China.

Move to Xintiandi (New World of Shanghai) to have a glimpse of the time-honored Shikumen constructions, and drive to the peaceful Jade Buddha Temple to view the famous Reclining Jade Buddha statues brought back from Burma in AD1882.
