Crystal helped my husband and me with a 11-day trip to southwest China of Yunnan and Guizhou. She was always quick responding to our questions with great patience no matter how many questions we had. She planned exactly what we wanted for our trip. Accommodation was very important for both of us and we were prepared for hotels in smaller cities like Anshun, Xingyi in Guizhou as Crystal told us hotels there were not as excellent as those in big cities. But the local best hotels she arranged for us all turned out fine. They were good, clean and comfortable. We couldn't have enjoyed more with our tour guides who gave us true insights of the minority cultures, festivals, traditions, and so many interesting stories that made our trip a true in-depth adventure. We were told by our guides it is the year of pig in 2019.
