As first time travelers to China, we had an amazing 10 day trip of Beijing, Xi'an, Chengdu and Shanghai. Crystal took care of everything from fantastic tours in each city, well located hotels to domestic air tickets and highspeed trains. The communication was flawless with fast and prompt replies to all our queires during the whole planning phase. We received detailed travel tips before our arrival in China to help us prepare for our trip and it was of great help. The highlight of our trip is the Panda Keeper experience. We participated in the enclosures cleaning, panda cake cooking and hand feeding pandas, all so exciting for us! A lifetime experience and many thanks to Mary for the brilliant photos taken for us. Allan, Yuki, Mary and Edwin were all fabulous and very well spoken in English and our drivers were nice and experienced.
