By using China's visa-free transit policy, we made reservations for a guided tour in Shanghai for two days. It was such a fantastic and impressive experience. Elysian Tour made seamless connections between our arrival and departure flights. We had spent ample amounts of time to visit the famous sites of Shanghai, including the Yu Garden, the Bund and the world financial center. The guide Mark was very informative and humorous to keep us understood and entertained all the time. With his accompany, we had a special bargaining experience for some little gadgets at the open-air Yuyuan market, and he also helped us to enter the financial tower (one of China's highest skyscrapers) quickly by skipping the long queuing for a ticket where we enjoyed fabulous panorama views of the city. The last day was previously scheduled to visit Zhujiajia, but considering our two teenage boys, we made it a carnival day at Shanghai Disney Park to keep them engaged. It was a bit crowded, but we did have lots of fun there. Overall, it was a smooth and well organized tour, and we were very pleased with the all-round service of the travel consultant and guide.
