I've never traveled overseas before so I didn't really know what to expect and was a bit nervous of going out alone to a very different country. So, I felt more comfortable going with a tour company and I'm so glad we did. Whenever we arrived at a destination, the guide met us when we arrived and then escorted us to hotel, kindly left their contact to us in case we need any help. All the guides were so accommodating and helpful. Although we had a couple of minor problems but they corrected them promptly. We are all human and mistakes can be made. During our tours, our guides didn't blink an eye when we asked to make a detour and stop at a little store or to get some coffee. All of them were so knowledgeable and answered all questions at the spots and as we drove, they pointed out different interesting things about the areas. We felt so well treated by all of our guides.
