I was reading reviews, just like you, and decided to send an enquiry on tours available and designing something around what we required on specific dates. After sending the enquiry, I called the toll free number promptly as I wanted to discuss some of my particular requests (later I noticed it was 3 am in China and my phone was answered quickly! Amazing!), Crystal answered the call and her English was really very good. We talked 40 minutes and then I had an email reply within 5 hours, with all the information, suggestions and options, plus costings. We selected what we required and booked it, No Hassles, it was Perfect.

On arrival in Guilin a month Later we found we needed to make a date change. Not a problem. Fixed very quickly.

Our Tour Guide Tina, spoke very good English, knew her district fairly well and didn't leave a stone unturned in informing us of the sites we visited. Our Driver Yang didn't speak English but picked up on conversations and would speak to our daughter in Chinese and he was on the money each time. Plus, we felt safe at all times. Our safety was paramount to them.

One thing we requested outside of the tours was lunch each day at traditional Chinese Restaurants so we could try the Real Food away from the Touristy ones. What Tina suggested was Excellent!

Cost was excellent value, and just three of us, so no ignorant, pushy people around to spoil the visits. JUST PERFECT.

The last day was my wife's birthday and Tina Picked up on this. At the end of the day when dropping us off, she arranged a birthday cake and they sang Happy Birthday! Surprise and personal Touch. These people are just beyond my words!

6 magnificent days with two lovely people. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED.
