We just returned home from our 8-day "Golden Triangle" private tour to China planned by Elysian Tour and everything was absolutely perfect on each level!

China topped our must-to-go list for its historic sites and sceneries, so we decided to head there in spring. I did lots of online researches in advance and found it impossible to travel on our own though we are relatively experienced travelers. Fortunately, I found Elysian Tour and it turned out to be a great choice. From the first reply to my enquiry to every suggestion given to me, the informative travel consultant Crystal impressed me with her professionalism and thoughtful personality. This lady knows everything and everywhere of her country!

When we were on tours to each destination, all our insider local guides greatly exceeded our expectations with their profession and courtesy. Caroline picked us up with our name sign at the Beijing airport on time and helped us check in at the hotel. We felt so welcomed thanks to her careful arrangements. She took us to visit the highlights we've long expected to see such as Forbidden City, Great Wall, Summer Palace as well as Temple of Heaven and shared with us interesting stories that we could never get from the guidebooks. We were well taken care of throughout our trip. Our two fun and friendly guides Victoria and Klaus in Xi'an and Shanghai also did an excellent job. Our drivers were always on time and did perfectly driving us around in the 'crazy traffic' in China that I'd never be able to drive.

The hotels were fantastic in facilities, breakfasts and locations though our hotel in Shanghai was changed to a different one (Shanghai Central originally) due to some exposition held in Shanghai. But the new one Pullman is also terrific. Thank you and we appreciate the change.
