Firstly, we would like to thank you and Elysian Tour for planning our trip to China and making it enjoyable and memorable. Our comments and observations on the services provided by Elysian Tour during the above visit are listed below.

Travel Consultant:

Ms. Candy Tang, our travel consultant has done an excellent job in arranging and planning the tours, transportation, and other logistics during the visits to the world famous landmarks in Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. All visits worked out like clockwork and perfect schedule was maintained throughout.

Ever since our first contact, Ms. Tang has been very accommodative, knowledgeable, patient and prompt in responding to our questions on accommodation, tours, transportation, etc., including providing several options on the travel.

Ms. Tang has pleasing manners with good communication skills and was extremely prompt in processing the travel itinerary and related requirements for our tour. Ms. Tang has a good demeanor and very professional with her work. With her talent, she will be a great asset to Elysian Tour Company. We wish her the best.

Drivers & Guides:

Overall both the Guides and the Drivers provided in all the above Cities arrived on time and took us to the respective sightseeing locations and landmarks as planned.

Guides who attended us were very cordial, helpful and also proactive in assisting us with transactions and translating our requirements with the Hotel Staff, Concierges, Rail and Airline Staff and other agencies. Guides did their best to explain on the history of each location and kept us mostly informed when questioned by us on the locations and also helped us when ordering vegetarian food at the local restaurants.

Drivers, who accompanied us, were very composed cordial, and respectful, with excellent safe driving skills. We never had any anxiety or unsafe feeling during our travel by road in all the above places.

Hotels & Restaurants:

Most of the hotels we stayed were good and some were beyond our expectations. Especially, hotels in Shanghai and Hangzhou were beyond our expectations with regards to comfort, location and service. Breakfast at all the hotels was good and palatable.

Hotel Staff was cordial, and was able to understand our needs despite communication and language barriers.

Vegetarian preparations served at various local restaurants during the sightseeing visits were tasty and way beyond our expectations. Thanks to the Guides who helped us when ordering the food.

Summary and Comments:

Overall our tour experience has been memorable and happy with the services provided by Elysian Tour. Reiterating, Ms. Candy Tang has been exceptionally good with the planning and arranging the tours during our China visit.

With regards to Guides, all the Guides did their best to communicate and provide details on the locations visited. In conclusion, we would recommend Elysian Tour company to our family & friends who wish to visit China in the future.
