I have just arrived home after my "Golden Triangle" tour with Elysian Tour

I contacted you by email from the beginning and I got very much impressed by the prompt responses, the information provided and the excellent communication with Steven as well as his counterparts in his absence. He gave some suggestions to me on Spanish Speaking tour guide that suited what I was looking for. In a word, your consultants are brilliant.

After payment was made, again, the communication was exceptional, always keeping me informed and provided further information on the tour right up until I departed Mexico.

Our guide in Beijing was Billy. He was exceptional. Very organized, great sense of humour, excellent command of English, very knowledgeable and very patient. He is one of the best guides I have ever encountered after travelling on many tours to over 30 countries.

The high speed train ride from Beijing to Xi'an was excellent. Billy helped us to handle all the check in procedure, led the way through the big crowds and then left. Our guide Vicky in Xi'an met us when we arrived, another excellent guide your company has.

Vicky's command of English was outstanding and she also went above and beyond helping us at all times. She also gave us very good recommendations for the restaurants that meet all our tastes.

The flight from Xi'an to Shanghai is 2 hours and we were lucky enough the flight arrived on time in Shanghai. Cecilia met us at airport with our name board. She is also a good representative for your company with brilliant English and very helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to help us take photos and answer all sorts of our questions.

All in all, I cannot speak more highly of Elysian Tour. You made my trip to China one of the best I have ever had. Your company is more than outstanding - you have the best consultants and guides in the world who present exceptional service to customers. The tours were fantastic with perfect arrangements. All the drivers and vehicles were wonderful.

I can't wait to go back to travel to other great parts in China sometime in the coming years and your company will be the only one I will be looking at to help me with my travel plans.
