Cathy Nieves' family are learning to make dumpling at a local family's home in Xi'an!

Loved our trip and Miss Sally is wonderful! We wish she could stay with us the whole time! Mr. Bai was wonderful too. We felt Very safe. BEAUTIFUL, EXCELLENT! It could not have been better! We have been learning a lot from your culture, traditions, FOOD! Hmmmm!
