Steven spent countless hours planning everything to perfection after discussing with me over the phone. He has deep expertiese in China and worked out an itinerary that exceeded expectations. He was always gracious and incredibly fast to respond. We felt like all our needs and whims were addressed. We were provided with detailed daily itineraries together with travel tips to help us get ready for the trip. Fantastic guides and drivers were arranged for us. We always felt taken care of. Hotels recommended were excellent with great service and breakfasts.
