Elysian Tours was amazing, they went above and beyond to accommodate our every need!! Candy set up a wonderful tour for us and adjusted it as we requested. The service we had from Candy, Sarah, the tour guides and the drivers exceeded our expectations!!

My husband lost his prescription glasses in Macau prior to doing our tour on the mainland; between Candy and Vivian, they found a place for us to buy new glasses with our prescription and the glasses were delivered to us in 4 hours to where we were touring at the Beijing Zoo!!

Vivian in Beijing and Rachel in Shanghai were great and so professional, (Vivian also took amazing photos of me and my husband, was an added and unexpected benefit!!) we always felt safe and well taken care of, as we did not know the language at all, they took care of everything. I highly recommend using Elysian Tours
