As a very detailed person myself, Elysian Tour and its team exceeded all my expectations. I called the company directly to request a quote and Johnson replied me promptly with a thorough itinerary by email. It was a stellar 10-day trip he put together for us including panda keeper experience for us. My daughter LOVED it! Even cleaning the poo was interesting. Johnson seemed available 24 hours to answer our questions whenever we had. All the guides he arranged for us were friendly and knowledgeable. When they are set to meet in the lobby of the hotel at 8am, they are there, not one hitch in the system. The drivers were skilled and we felt quite safe everywhere we went to. This level of service is exactly what I'm looking for while traveling. It's not bargain travel, it's superior, worry free travel. We are all seriously spoiled!
